Therefore researchers have a hypotesis that it could be that a vegetarian diet contains a greater amount of complex carbohydrates, potassium, vitamin A, polyunsaturated fat, vitamin C, fiber, calcium and magnesium; all of them might have a positive impact on high blood pressure.
During breakfast, eat cereals like unsalted cereal, oatmeal, puffed rice and wheat germ together with a soy beverage or a low-fat milk.
One of the most popular diets to control high blood pressure is the low-salt diet. This diet is not just popular, but proven to be effective as well. Salt intake should always be regulated or else it would not only worsen your high blood pressure, but it to the extent of letting you develop a new condition altogether.
Other lifestyle changes will also be important to implement along with the treatment you choose, or are recommended. Including fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products low in fat, and whole grains into your diet can also provide effective ways to reduce high blood pressure naturally.
