I’ve tried many different supplements to help me burn fat, lose weight, and build toned muscles, but nitric oxide would have to be my favorite one so far. Now, I would recommend this supplement ONLY if you already have an exercise routine or schedule that you are able to stick to. As with all supplements, nitric oxide works best if it is combined with proper dieting and exercise. Anyway, I started using this supplement with my daily exercise routine and really liked the effects and results.
I first heard about this supplement from a friend who had used it for some time. Based off of the results that he saw while using it I decided to give it a try. Nitric oxide (NO) supplements are supposed to expand blood vessels to allow more blood flow to the muscles and other parts of the body. This allows for more oxygen to the muscles so you are less tired during your workout and lift more weights or exercise for longer.
Now, there are several different products out there but I decided to try a powdered form of it that can easily be mixed with water. I was able to find several different brands just at the local GNC (where I go for pretty much anything since it is the closest store to my home) and chose one of them. I decided to try NOXplode, but they all seemed to be pretty much the same thing.
I began taking the nitric oxide the next day as recommended before my exercise routine. It worked great! I found that I was able to lift more weight than usual and could exercise for longer before becoming fatigued. Within a couple weeks of using it I was able to see visibly more defined muscles. Since then I have been using this supplement and I love it. Nitric oxide is still my favorite supplement that I have tried and probably will be for a while. It’s helped me to burn fat, lose weight, and build more toned muscles all thanks to my friends recommendation.
