Iron is an extremely important mineral for the maintenance of your body and can help in the removal of fat. Iron carries oxygen to all parts of your body allowing the cells to work efficiently. This includes cells working to burn fat from your body, which will help you lose fat belly. When iron levels are low in your body, you lack energy and your body begins storing nutrients as fat and this can lead to a fat belly.
Important Mineral – Calcium
Everyone knows the importance of calcium in the maintenance of teeth and bones but it also helps in the proper use of your muscles. Without calcium, your muscles would not work as efficiently thus not requiring additional energy reserves from fat deposits.
