The holiday season is a time filled with parties, family gatherings and lots of food. And it can be a dangerous time of the year for people who like to eat.
With all the goodies that your mother or your wife prepares it could be little bit difficult avoid eating too much during the holidays. And frankly, should you?
Seems like the holidays can bring not only unwanted pounds; they can also be dangerous for the one in four Americans with hypertension.
However, if you pay attention to what you eat and take healthy and nutritious choices, you will most likely feel better and have more energy and reasons to enjoy the season.
