We all battle making healthy food choices. I am certainly not excluded :). Preplanning meals is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Planning and cooking meals ahead of time makes it easier to make healthier food choices BEFORE becoming hungry. This video is a demonstration of cooking Great Northern beans with lean ground turkey. Feel free to alter the recipe to suit your taste. Keep in mind, adding fat will increase the number of calories per serving. No cheating durng the weekend 🙂
