They feels that it is evident that in the country there are no migratory control policies, because the Haitians who go to the maternity hospitals receive attendance of elective surgeries and Cesarean, said the doctors whom preferred anonymity. The health deterioration in which those pregnant Haitian women arrive contributes to their extended internments, as well as the need to practice Cesarean and to spend in medicines that those health centers do not have. The doctors do not know how much each of the health centers exactly spends in each Haitian woman ready to give birth, and despite that they know that they have to treat the person despite their, they find it strange that in addition to the emergencies, the illegal Haitians receive all the benefits, as if they were documented citizens.
