Regular Excercise Is A Natural Cure For High Blood Pressure Or Hypertension

If you suffer from hypertension, you need to be aware of a lot of different parameters in everyday life. And if you follow a few simple rules of living, you will have an easier time keeping your high blood pressure under control.

Generally you will want to have an active lifestyle, even a lifestyle that involves some regular walking is better than just hanging in front of the TV. If you keep an active life, your body will have an easier time controlling your blood pressure. You will want to restrain smoking for obvious reasons, smoking is not good for you, not even if you have a good health.

When smoking your heart will have to work extra hard to get your blood flooding around all of your body, and you will experience periods where you will have colder feet and colder fingers and hands then the rest of us.

If you also are overweight your heart will really be working on overtime to get the blood all the way through your body, and a harder working heart will force your blood pressure to rise, and hypertension will be achieved. Not that you would want that, but it will be the result of your obesity and smoking.

Then there is the food intake:

Salt is the biggest problem here, and most prefabricated foods contains loads of salt, because salt help preserve the food, and makes it worth selling for a longer time, and that’s money in the producers pocket.

Salt also is good to keep the water in the food from leaking into the atmosphere, and because of salt the food weighs more, and that is more money in their pockets. So when you buy prefabricated foods, be aware of the amount of salt in it, or even better, stay away from most of that kind of food, make your own, and make it living foods for the most.

By living foods i mean lots of vegetables, and preferably raw. That preserves the vitamins in the vegetable, and the more fresh food you eat, the less of the bad stuff will you get.

You should generally stay away from stimulants such as cola, coffee and alcohol. Even though we know that alcohol thins the blood, and thats true enough, but when the effects of the alcohol wears of, your blood pressure will spike right back up, and often even higher than before.

If you try to life by these rules, you should not need to take lots of pills for hypertension, as this is a very solid natural cure against your high blood pressure.
