Most of us want explosive energy, freedom from pain & disease, good feelings, and great looks. Yet how many of us have all these things? A great diet, ample hydration, vitamins, health supplements, and a little physical movement are really all it takes to get them ALL! And the reality is that vitamins, health supplements, and ample hydration are the three most important.
Why?
While a great diet and exercise are the most highly promoted and seemingly doctor-recommended lifestyle factors to implement for a long, healthy, happy life, they are not easily sustainable by the majority of people in our society. – Unless we’re already feeling energized, healthy, and have momentum working for us, we will be unlikely to stick with a diet and exercise regimen. We’ll actually be hard-pressed to even start one in the first place!
– A good diet does not guarantee good nutrition. Even some of our “healthiest” foods are grown in nutrition-depleted soil and are lacking full nutritional potency. Chemicals such as herbicides and pesticides also compromise the nutritional integrity of our food supply.
– When exercise is forced, it SUCKS! When it flows from natural enthusiasm, it ROCKS! Have to = Lame. Want to = Fun!
When you provide yourself ample hydration, along with natural vitamins and health supplements, you create a chain reaction within your body, mind, and emotions that makes a healthy diet and exercise virtually automatic!
Your body will finally be receiving high-quality nutrition, become addicted to it, and only crave foods that support it. Eating healthy will just become part of your nature. It won’t be forced. You won’t have to think about it.
You’ll feel so energized and enthused about your life, all you’ll want to do all day long is dance, jump, run, skip… MOVE! Your extra body fat will disappear effortlessly, along with depression, anxiety, and complacency. You will have a new zest for life that perhaps you’ve never known.
But here’s the key:
Never – and please hear me loud and clear – NEVER take synthetics vitamin supplements! This is the garbage you’ll find at your corner grocery or drug store. They do more harm than good. They’re not even real vitamins, but “vitamin simulations” made in a lab by folks in white coats. Their mineral content consists of harmful, crushed-up rocks. These are the types of supplements that give us the jitters, turn our urine green, and make us have “vitamin burps.” Gross.
So, please, it’s whole-food or nothing, okay? Have you ever tried a whole-food vitamin or health supplement? 9 times out of 10 they will come in the form of a clear capsule filled with a greenish or yellowish powder. These are not one-a-days, as you will usually take a few with each meal. This keeps a steady stream of high-potency, amazing quality nutrition present in your body at all times.
Buy your vitamins and health supplements at either your local health food store or at an online store that deals primarily in whole-food, all natural nutrition. Seek out a great multivitamin containing chelated minerals, digestive enzymes, probiotics, and phyto-vitamins.
I also very highly recommend a high-potency antioxidant formula. The acai berry is the best. Green tea is great, too. This type of antioxidant will destroy any free radicals in your system, paving the way for your whole-food multivitamin to be as effective as possible. The antioxidant itself will provide many amazing health benefits for you, especially if you go the acai berry route!
And please do not forget to hydrate! 4 to 6 liters of purified water every day will keep all your newfound nutrition circulating optimally. It will keep your cells plump and vibrant, your blood (and therefore your entire body) oxygenated and energized. Water is wonderful; water is life!
