On Sunday, March 5, 2011, dozens of OHSU students volunteered their time to provide free health screenings for Oregonians who are uninsured as part of the annual student-led Cover the Uninsured Week. The Health Screening Fair offered blood pressure checks, general medical exams, diabetes screening, haircuts and dental exams Almost 300 people received services that day.
