The diet pill I’m referring to is Duromine. I’ve had my own weight loss on Duromine, I’ve written this article to share my experiences with you. First I’ll start with a brief explanation of what Duromine is and the possible side effects of it, then follow with my own Duromine experience.
What is Duromine? Duromine is a slow release form of Phentermine. Phentermine is an appetite suppressant of the amphetamine and phenethylamine class. It is approved as an appetite suppressant to assist in reducing weight in obese people when used short-term in conjunction with exercise, diet, and behaviour modification. It is most often prescribed for individuals who are at a higher health risk because of their weight.

Now my experiences for you, my weight loss on Duromine was great, I’ve tried Duromine three times now, each for three months. On Duromine I lost around 5 kilograms in the first week, and a minimum of 2 kilograms a week in the first month or so, weight loss on Duromine is quick and relatively easy, you won’t even want to eat, I tend to be a bored eater so over the counter appetite suppressants don’t work for me, however after taking Duromine I just did not want to eat. Sounding pretty good so far?
Here comes the bad part, as you may notice three times on Duromine means that I’ve put all the weight back on after, that’s not even close to being the worst part, the side effects are NASTY! I have several friends who have also tried Duromine with similar side effects, I don’t know one person that has taken Duromine and not had side effects. The first thing I noticed was the extreme thirst and unshakeable headaches, I felt like I was dehydrated all the time. I’ve always had low blood pressure, on Duromine my blood pressure returned to normal. Next, the insomnia, it’s not so bad at first you get so much done at night when the kids & husband are asleep in bed, after the first week it gets really difficult. Then the moods start, irritability sets in, I will never use Duromine again, this was one of the worst parts, imagine PMS multiplied by around 1000 plus sleep deprivation. I felt like I was losing my mind. I generally am an easy going calm person, not on Duromine! Other than those side effects I did experience occasional dizziness, nausea, dry mouth and an unpleasant taste in my mouth as well as an increased libido.
So I didn’t experience all of the common side effects, but as you can see I did experience quite a few, so good, some not so good. Weight loss on Duromine is fast and easy, you can lose a lot of weight fast, but at what cost? My world felt like it was falling apart, then I put all of the weight back on anyway. Is it worth a try? Probably, it’s up to you to decide if the side effects are worth it. The actual cost is around $95 for a month (30mg).
I’m on a journey to lose around 40 kgs, I’ve currently lost 8 kgs in 7 weeks. For my weight loss secrets and to follow my journey check out my blog –http://weightlossfreesite.blogspot.com
